FIQHUL HADIS: SEJARAH DAN PERKEMBANGANNYA DALAM KAJIAN HADIS

Abstract

The advancement of the science of the Hadith is a little slower than the development of the knowledge of the interpretation of the Qur'an, this is based on the focus of the learning of the time of Muhammad Saw is more focused on the study of the Quran compared to the hadith. This article aims to find the historical history of the discipline of hadith science, namely the science of fiqh al-hadis from the time of Prophet Muhammad Saw to the present. Through historical approach and collecting data from various sources with documentation techniques. In this article the author finds that: The development of Fiqh al-Hadis in the time of the Prophet Saw has not developed too much because in this phase the Messenger Saw is still alive and any requirements related to the law of religion then will be directly confirmed to the Messenger of Saw. Then in the period of friends after his death the Messenger saw performed ijtihad and some other ways to understand and accept the hadith. The entry into the caliphate of Umar bin Abdul Aziz began in the bukukan and became the early foundation in the development of the hadith. In the period of Mutaqadimin the hadith has developed a lot and the related sciences have been developed much then entered the Mutaakhirin time here more focused on the systematics of accounting and filing so that in this phase the science of Fiqh al-Hadis has been very developed until now.
