The principles of management in Islamic education encompass interrelated components aimed at achieving effective educational outcomes in harmony with Islamic values. A pivotal stage is the planning process, where decisions made significantly shape the overall direction and efficacy of Islamic education. Following planning, organization plays a crucial role in arranging and coordinating human resources and activities within educational institutions. In the Islamic framework, organization transcends mere task division; it embodies the implementation of structured and efficient work, grounded in core Islamic tenets such as freedom, justice, and consultation. This approach fosters an educational environment conducive to broader educational goals. Employing a qualitative methodology, this research utilizes descriptive data analysis sourced from written materials through observation. The findings reveal that Islamic educational management can function effectively when its components planning, organization, and direction are underpinned by Islamic principles. By adhering to these principles, Islamic educational management holds significant potential for achieving its noble aims of enlightening society and enhancing educational quality based on robust Islamic values.
