Strategi Manajemen Kurikulum dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran Fisika di SMA Taruna Gajah Mada Kota Metro

This study examines the implementation of curriculum management strategies in physics teaching at SMA Taruna Gajah Mada Kota Metro. The aim of the research is to analyze the effectiveness of the curriculum management approach and its impact on the quality of physics learning. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving direct observation, interviews with physics teachers, and analysis of curriculum documents. The results indicate that the systematic application of curriculum management at SMA Taruna Gajah Mada Kota Metro has contributed to the enhancement of physics learning quality, evidenced by improved conceptual understanding and student learning outcomes. The study recommends the development of more adaptive curriculum management strategies that align with the characteristics of high school students.
