ANALISIS ZAKAT PERKEBUNAN GETAH KARET DI KECAMATAN SEPUTIH RAMAN

Abstract

The Zakat of the plantation is one of the types of Zakat mall, which indicates all the results of plantations such as rubber, coffee, flour, coconut, palm, and cocoa. The plantation Zakat that the researchers do is the result of the Getah plantation of rubber in the district of Sepwhite Many. This research has the purpose of finding out the implementation and realization of the Zakat plantation in SepWhite Many, which is analyzed through the Islamic economic survey. The type of research used is qualitative-descriptive, using data collection techniques such as observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the pact has been made, but the public's understanding of the agricultural and plantation pact is still minimal, including the presentation of the issued pact. Thus, in the implementation of the plants that farmers carry out in the Islamic Economic Survey, there is no conformity with the provisions of Islamic Shariah, namely, concerning the presentation expenditure of 5% with the presence of irrigation, 10% with natural irrigation, and 2.5% for crops to be traded.
