: Banana peel often becomes an enviroment contamination of home-industry waste. It is caused of lack of the use. Substantively, the banana peel bears high and good N,P,K and Ca as a liquid organic fertilizer. This study aims to determine the effect of a wide consortia of indigen bacteria toward liquid fertilizer quality of kepok banana peel (musa ecuminate L) and which consortia of bacteria indigen is best to the quality of liquid fertilizer of kepok banana peel (mussa ecuminate l) and the results of this study are used for a project based learning model design to environmental conservation efforts item. This study was conducted at the Laboratory of Science and Mathematics Education of Muhammadiyah University of Metro. The researcher applies experimental research with the effect of a wide consortia of bacteria indigen. This study uses completely randomized design (CRD)research. The study has a control (KO) and 3 treatments (KA, KB, KC). Wide consortia of bacteria indigen which are used are a control (without using any bacteria) and 3 treatments such as: KA (5 indigen bacteria), KB (10 bacteria indigen), KC (15 bacteria indigen). The measured parameter is a Nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K) and Calcium (Ca) quality. The result of this study is measured by ANOVA one way which shows the results on the parameters that Nitrogen (N) is obtained Fdaf 4.20 > 3.29 Ftable, Phosphorus (P) 9.52 Fdaf> F table 3.29, Potassium (K) 9.01 Fdaf > Ftabel 3.29, and Calcium (Ca) 16.66 Fdaf> Ftable 3,29. Based on each treatment shows that Fdaf > Ftable then H0 is declined. It can be concluded that the provision of a wide consortia of bacteria indigen has real impact toward liquid fertilizer quality of kepok banana peel (Mussa ecuminate L).
